J.L. Stray has been making up stories for as long as she can remember—she just finally decided to write one down and share it with the world. When she’s not plotting fictional drama, she’s probably out for a run, chasing inspiration (or just trying to outrun her to-do list).

 

She grew up in a small Pennsylvania town and never left—mostly because it’s where her three wildly active kids keep her bouncing between pitches, courts, and snack bar duty. Somehow, she still finds time to write, read, and daydream about beaches, new shoes, and the perfect strong drink.

 

Fueled by caffeine, chaos, and a love of storytelling, J.L. always has a new idea brewing—and she’s probably writing it down on the back of a grocery receipt.
